Hey everybody… I’m gonna be back with the boys in Anders Thomsen Trio for a couple gigs this weekend. We’ll be at Broken Keel in Savannah on Friday August 28, 6-9pm and on Saturday, we’ll head south for a show at Tigre Island Room in Fernandina Beach, FL from 8 to 11pm. Come here me sing Dolly Parton’s version of “Mule Skinner Blues” with a little more gusto than usual… and hopefully, not tears! This one hurts, y’all. But I’ll keep singing her songs and being inspired by her generosity and spirit. Let’s be good to each other, OK?

I’ve got a relatively lazy weekend comin’ up, y’all… only 1 show! But it’s a good one – Kellie Parr & Her SideCars will be playing some dinner and dancin’ music at The Boat House in beautiful downtown Fernandina Beach, FL this Saturday, August 22, 6-10pm. Come on out and see us!

I’m travelin’ all over the place this weekend, y’all! Friday, August 14, I’ll be honky tonkin’ with Anders Thomsen Trio at Savannah’s “favorite dive bar” The Rail Pub, 6-9pm. On Saturday, we’ll head up to North Charleston, SC to play a show at Reggie’s Tavern, 8-11pm. On Sunday, I’m heading south to my home-island of St. Simons for a solo gig at Beachcomber BBQ & Grill, 5-8pm. Come see me!
