Hey everybody! I know it’s been a while…I’ve been traveling to Nashville and Charlotte for the last few weeks…pics coming soon! But today is a very special day. Happy 100th Birthday to President Jimmy Carter! He’s the longest-living president in U.S. history and an incredible example of a life well-lived – in service to others. We all should be more like Jimmy! My friends Sarah & Timothy Williams and I wrote a song last year for his 99th birthday…it’s even better for his 100th! Click HERE to listen.
Music this week… On Thursday, October 3, I’ll be playing a really cool show at The Comet Grill in Charlotte, NC. The show is called “Influences & Originals” and (you guessed it) will feature 3 artists playing their own songs as well as songs that influenced them. My set starts at 8pm. This weekend, I’ll be back down south for a Kellie Parr & Her SideCars show at Village Inn & Pub on Saturday, 8-11pm and I’ll be solo on Sunday, 4:00-7:30pm at Green Turtle Tavern in Fernandina Beach, FL. Y’all come see me!
