Hey y’all – No gigs this week but I wanted to let you know about something really cool! I’ve been designated “One to Watch” by the Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) …a non-profit songwriter’s trade organization. They included me in the “Ones to Watch” list (by hometown) in their August 2015 newsletter, “NSAI – EARS”. Click HERE to check it out! Pretty cool, right? They were especially impressed by my song “Wish” and gave me great feedback on several of my other original songs. (You can purchase “Wish” by clicking HERE) Currently, I’m working on some new songs for a CD project to be released by the end of the year. I guess I better get crackin’…since they’re “watching”. 🙂

Hey y’all – Got a couple of fun gigs this weekend. I’ll be at the Village Pub on Friday…one of my favorite places to play on the Island. Come hang out and have an adult beverage with me! On Saturday, I’ll be heading down to Woodbine to jam with the boys (Roy Gentry & Hired Guns) at Captain Stan’s Smokehouse. It’s kinda like a hillbilly version of Key West…and the barbeque is amazing! Hope to see you this weekend…
