Hope everyone has a fun and safe weekend! I’ll be celebrating the 4th at the “Sunshine Festival” at Neptune Park on St. Simons Island…they have the best fireworks show around! Check out the flyer (see picture) for the complete schedule of events. My set is 5 – 7pm… it’s gonna be HOT but the cool, sea breeze should make it nice. And if you can’t be there Saturday and feel like taking a road trip, my band – Roy Gentry & Hired Guns – will be playing at Gata’s Sports Bar & Grill in Hinesville on Friday night. other busy week! First, a double header at The Rooftop at Ocean Lodge. Thursday night, it’s the Chamber of Commerce event “Business After Hours”. Admission is $5 members/$7 non-members and includes food, drink and some cool door prizes. Friday night, I’ll be rockin’ the Rooftop with my band, Roy Gentry & Hired Guns. It’s our first time playing as a band at Ocean Lodge. Come have some dinner with us and enjoy the ocean view. On Saturday, the band will be playing at Gnat’s Landing in Redfern Village…always a fun place to hang out, have some adult beverages and dance!
