Hey there… Hope y’all are gonna make it over to Jekyll Island this weekend for the Shrimp & Grits Festival. They’ll be serving up lots of delicious food along with craft brews, artists market, kids’ zone and, of course… live music!! I’ll be sitting in with the boys from Roy Gentry & Hired Guns on the Riverfront Lawn stage, Saturday, 7:15-9:00pm. On Sunday, I have 2 solo sets…the Craft Brew Fest stage, 12:30-2:00pm and the Skeet House stage, 3-4:00pm. It’s really an awesome festival, y’all! You gotta come check it out. Happy Labor Day weekend, y’all! I have 2 gigs to celebrate the holiday… First, I’ll be at Catch 228 Oyster Bar & Grill this Friday, August 31, 6-9pm, playing some dinner music out on the front porch. The weather is gonna be beautiful – maybe not so HOT. Whew!! I was sweating buckets last time. On Monday, September 3, I’ll be in Brunswick at Moondoggy’s Pizza and Pub, 6-9pm. Hi there… If you’re looking for something fun to do this Friday (August 17), come out and see me at the Village Inn and Pub, 8:30-11:30pm. We had a great time there last month… everybody was dancing, drinking and having a fun night. You should have been there!  Hope to see you soon…
