Last weekend I had the fabulous experience of participating in the SE Regional Folk Alliance conference in Black Mountain, NC… it was amazing y’all! We had an EPIC jam session in the lobby on the last night (see pics) that started around 1am and went until about 5am. Wow! I met so many incredible musicians, songwriters and other industry folks, including the incomparable, DJ Joltin’ Joe. He’ll be playing a track by Kellie & the Kruze-o-matics (Ball & Chain) on his show (“The Train Wreck“… gotta love that name!) TOMORROW, Saturday, May 13, between 9:00 – 9:30am.
