No gigs this week, but I wanted to invite y’all to a very special event happening next week. Kellie & the Kruze-o-matics “trio” (Lee, our drummer, has another gig) will be playing a benefit for Memory Matters at the AW Jones Heritage Center on St Simons Island, from 4 to 6pm, Sunday, April 23. According to their website, the fundraiser is a celebration of music and the memories it brings. They’ll have delicious food, raffles, silent auction, live music (of course!), live auction, wine game (sounds interesting) and lots of fun!
