Just got back from yet another music cruise – Little Steven’s Underground Garage. And this one was rockin’! My good friend Sarah and I had a blast at so many shows. (see us dressed up for pirate night!). We loved X, Reverend Horton Heat, Social Distortion (Mike Ness was fantastic!), Old 97s (we saw them 3 times!) and lots more. A highlight for me was meeting one of my all-time music heros, Exene Cervenka from X…she was so sweet! Of course, being directly in front of Rhett Miller (Old 97s) was quite a thrill…he’s a cutie! It was great seeing several of my friends from the Outlaw Country cruises…we’re family now! Not sure if I’ll be able to go next year, but there’s always the possibility of being in the lineup. Anders Thomsen Trio would be perfect for Outlaw Country 10! I’ll keep you posted on that…
