Hey y’all… It’s been almost 2 months since my full band has played a gig, so I’m super excited about tomorrow night! Kellie & the Kruze-o-matics will be rockin’ the beach at Tortuga Jack’s, oceanfront on beautiful Jekyll Island, Thursday, August 27, 6-9pm. Y’all gotta come see us, have some dinner and drinks under the tiki hut, and check out our new songs. I promise it’ll be a honky tonkin’ good time! Also, I wanna share another video from the Satilla Riverkeeper fundraiser (click HERE for Youtube link)… this one’s my favorite Journey song, done in a blugrassy-ish style. My band does a really fun version of the song, too. Enjoy and let me know what you think!

Hi everybody – This weekend I’ll be giving the solo thing a try… I can’t remember the last time I played solo! But this should be a fun one. I’ll be performing at a new venue (for me) – Side Pokkets in Brunswick, Saturday, August 22, 8-11pm. Looks like a really cool place with a nice stage and pool tables (hence the name?). Hope to see y’all there!

Also, I wanted to share a video with you. This is another one (it’s a series!) from Satilla Riverkeeper’s “Virtual Satilla Celebration” – a cover of my favorite John Prine song. It’s a tribute to John of course, but also to my close friend and musical partner, Tim Haynes. They both passed away this year… so this goes out to them with love and appreciation for all the amazing music and inspiration they have given me over the years.

Hi y’all… Seems like forever since my last gig! Hope everybody’s doing OK out there. My good friend and drummer Reid Trawick and I (you can call us “Kellie & ONE Kruze-o-matic”) are gonna be playing some music at Moondoggys Pizza & Pub, this Friday, August 14, 7 – 10pm. We’re super excited to play for y’all, but honestly a bit nervous about the virus situation. Yikes! Anyway, come on out if you can… we’re gonna do our best to social distance and be safe. Also, check out this video I just posted on YouTube from last weekend’s “Virtual Satilla Celebration” for Satilla Riverkeeper. It’s a song about a river, of course!
