Another year, another amazing Gram Parsons Tribute Fest! We had the best weekend of music and fun. So many fantastic musicians, so much love in the air! Thanks to Uncle Dave Griffin for always putting on a fabulous show, and to everyone who attended this year, with a special thanks to those of you who braved the midday heat for my set. Whew… it was HOT! What a thrill it was to hear/see/talk with the amazing, Jim Lauderdale! He’s a sensational performer and songwriter… and a super nice guy. I’m so incredibly fortunate to be a member of the Gram Fest family!!
On to this week… I’ll be playing at Captain Stan’s Smokehouse for brunch on Sunday, October 6, 1-4:00pm. Come on down to Woodbine and hang out with me! Also, this Wednesday, October 2, 9-10:00pm, I’ll be the featured guest for a really cool radio show called “Savannah Music Local and Sustainable” hosted by Dave Lake on WRUU 107.5 Savannah.
